Hello, y'all! This sub is just amazing! After avoiding any kind of unofficial update for a long time, I finally took the plunge, and it's incredible how a Mac that's fully capable of running the latest OS is being arbitrarily blocked from doing so (the latest you can officially install is Ventura). A few years ago, I cracked it open and did a complete cleanup, repasted the thermals, upgraded the RAM to 32 GB, kept the 1TB SSD that the previous owner had installed, and replaced the original tiny 32GB Apple drive with a 512GB NVMe. Anyway, the only downside I’ve noticed is the red squares that appear in Safari while loading new tabs or sites.Additionally, YouTube sometimes has some kind of stutter.
