Wanna put Monterey via USB stick on an iMac that refuses to see any Wi-Fi network

I can't do it on the iMac itself given the Wi-Fi issue, how do I do this on another mac to basically set the flash drive up?

Edit: I've note idea how it's just no longer seeing wifis nearby, I'm hoping an opencore install would fix it plus the whole system all got laggy anyway
