5,1 with RX 580, What to upgrade to?

Hello,

I'm running a 2009 flashed Mac Pro with 11.7.10. runs like a champ via OCLP 2.2.0 My question is what should I upgrade to? I have some software that needs something a little newer, like Monterey, but I don't want the headaches of Sonoma or sequoia yet.
