Is it normal that the EFI Partition doesn‘t contain any files? (trying to uninstall OCLP)

I want to uninstall OCLP because of performance issues, it was just really slow (on Ventura, Big Sur was faster, but still). And when I wanted to mount the EFI Partition to see if the EFI/OC and System Folders are there, they werent there (see image). Should I just reset NVRAM and try to install my supported MacOS anyway?
