Downloading Older macOS Sequoia Builds
If the latest 15.7 build is failing to parse on your MacBook Pro, you can still download previous stable versions of macOS Sequoia.
Methods to Find Older Installers:
- MIST (macOS Installer Super Tool): Download the MIST app from GitHub. It allows you to select specific build numbers and download full installers directly from Apple's servers.
- Mr. Macintosh Blog: Visit the Mr. Macintosh blog; he maintains a list of direct IPSW and PKG links for every macOS version.
- OCLP Downloader: Sometimes the OCLP 'Download macOS' menu lists multiple versions. Check if 15.6 is still available in the list.
- Parsing Fix: If 15.7 fails, ensure you have at least 40GB of free space and a stable internet connection, as a partial download often causes parsing errors.

Went to update my MacBook Pro 13 inch 2.5 Ghz 16 gb of memory laptop with Sequoia 15.7, but 30 minutes into the process was unable to parse the installer.
Apparently 15.7 is still a work in progress. Where can I find 15.5 or 15.6?
