Would You (do you) Have A Hackintosh As Your Primary Computer?

I'm in a situation where I'm going to need a new computer shortly. Been on a Mac 10+ years now and kind of hate to switch, but also not thrilled where their current offerings are in the product cycle. I feel like if I go the Hackintosh route that it has to work nearly flawlessly. I've made physical upgrades in the past and have some experience in programming, but have not to date built a computer from the ground up.
