After using TonyMac Supplied utilities and never getting to completion i decided to try a vanilla install, i wanted a dual boot with mojave but with no driver yet for GTX 1060 i brought a cheap GT 710 from ebay and put together a separate build (only using for Xcode) everything worked 1st attempt
