Just as the title says. Is it possible to replace an i7 4770k with an i7 4790k CPU without making any adjustments to the bootloader? Or would I need to do some SSDT injections etc.?
The system is in question has a Z87X gigabyte motherboard and relies on the internal GPU of the CPU for graphics.
