How to add kexts after successful macOS install?

I've only started this process yesterday, but I was finally able to successfully install macOS Mojave on my PC.

Currently the biggest issue I'm facing is my USB ports. I can't get Disk Utility to recognize my USB 3.0 drives when plugged into 3.0 ports. However, when I was installing the OS I used a USB 3.0 flash drive in a 3.0 port on my PC...so I'm not sure what that's all about.

How would I go about adding/updating kexts and Clover config settings now that the operating system is installed on a HDD in order to start fixing any issues I run into?
