Mojave 10.14.4 boots with 1x32GB module installed, hangs End RandomSeed with 2x32GB installed

Specs:

ThinkPad X1 Extreme

4K Touch display

2x32GB DATARAM 2666Mhz SODIMM

2x2TB EVO 970 (one for Windows and one for macOS)

Everything else is stock

This issue had me stuck for several days, but finally got around it a few nights ago. Basically, during boot from USB for initial install it would just hang "End RandomSeed".

What finally resolved it was using the latest Clover and not a RehabMan version. I copied the .efi, config.plist (I removed the RAM entries I manually added... see bottom), kexts from this repo, ad then fiddled with the physical RAM. It turns out just leaving one of the RAM sticks in the first slot by itself worked. Was able to install macOS and boot to the desktop with the USB.

In my researching of "End RandomSeed" others were able to resolve it by removing RAM or only having it in certain slots. They said that after macOS is installed, you can install the other stick without issue.

I've tried that and the issue is back... with both sticks it hangs at End RandomSeed. Any suggestions for resolving?

I'm at the stage of install the install where I need to copy the USB EFI over to the SSD EFI. That I'm struggling with too and will be asking about shortly. Maybe the RAM issue will be resolved after I get that done.

Anyway, this below picture is what I originally had in the config.plist. It wasn't doing anything it seemed like, so removed it.

I'm EFI, config, plist, and kexts is exactly what is here:

Haven't modified anything from it.
