Please help!!! Stuck at plus signs, unable to troubleshiit, macos High Sierra first boot after install stuck on plus signs

I have an HP EliteBook 8440p I5-540M Arrandale Graphics eDP port for display 8GB RAM DDR3 320GB 7200RPM HDD

Do, I reinstalled high sierra completely after ruining some graphics kexts by accident, I wiped the drive, the whole thing, now, I'm repeating the same steps I did to get it working again, it's not working, I'm stuck at the plus lines, I've tried all the aptio fixes, I've tried replacing vboxhfs with hfsplus I've tried setting fakecpu IDs and intelgfx IDs, nothing is working, please help me get it set back up.
