[Intel HD 4400] Weird graphical glitches in Clover Configurator, Firefox, and Office

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 (i5). I've got hardware acceleration working, but I get some weird graphical glitches.

As you can see in the video, Clover Configurator's title bar is completely broken. As I change between different screens in the app, the bottom of the screen has a weird glitch, too. That bottom glitch also shows often when editing text fields in Firefox and Word (in sync with the blinking cursor). I get the same thing along the bottom and occasionally the middle in YouTube.
