Was the Serial Number Taken by me or a Genuine Mac?

I hope you’re having a good day. I’ll get to the point. Recently, I installed MacOS using the Vanilla method on my laptop. Many things were learned about how the Mac works, and that is what I appreciate the most about the process of Hackintoshing. It's working flawlessly at the moment. It's been that way since January of this year. Anyways, iMessage and FaceTime weren’t working at the very beginning and I didn't care for it back then. However, I started a slight migration to iOS just for convenience and wanted to test iMessage again.

After many failed attempts and a full reset, I finally got the error message that asks me to call Apple with a customer code. I left it at that for a day to double check that all of my IDs and serial number are correct to prepare for the call. A day later, I checked the coverage page again to double check. Even though it wasn’t taken a day ago, it is now.

My question is the following: Is there a chance that the serial number was either registered by my Apple ID when I attempted to log-in on iMessage or was it taken by an authentic Macintosh? I wanted to ask before I generate a new SMBIOS to limit the amount of times I do generate the serial number. I already did it four seperate times with four different serial numbers and all four were tallied against my Apple ID and a separate one.

For me, I saw it as a red flag; since the iMessage guide explicitly mentions that you shouldn’t take someone else’s serial number. So, I wanted to double check whether this is normal or just a strange coincidence. Specifications of my system are mentioned below and an image. Though, I’m unsure if the specifications will be needed for this question. I’ll post it regardless. Thank you for your time.
