Upgrading Graphics Card?

Hey. I have been running a successful hackintosh (High Sierra) for the past 2 years.

I have been using the GTX 960. Being a video editor, I plan on upgrading the card to an AMD RX 580. (Also because I wanna upgrade my MacOS to Catalina)

Would this require any sort of manual changes in the kexts and wbt the drivers?
