iCloud files and folders syncing stuck after waking up

This may be a MacOS issue and not a Hackintosh issue, but every time I wake this 11.4/OC0.7.0 install, iCloud syncing of Desktop and Documents gets stuck uploading, and only rebooting fixes it. I have tried killing the "bird" process that's the syncing daemon but it gets suck agin.

Any tips?
