Can my laptop be Hackintoshed without any GPU support?

I tried to do it but it does not boot. Can I even hackintosh if my gpu (iris xe 13 gen) is not supported? Also can I theoretically make it supported because I've seen people online making their gpus sort of usable even when intel iris xe.
