MBP 2017 15” on Sequoia?

Hi dear community!

Thinking of updating a 15” 2017 touch bar Macbook Pro from Ventura to Sequoia.
Are there any downsides, is it safe and stable for you using this or similar macs?
Any recommendation to paying attention when installing?
