Hi everyone, I recently built a Hackintosh from a Optiplex 790 with the following specs: -i3-2100 -4gb DDR3 -1tb 7200rpm hdd -HD 5450 (512mb)
Everything runs very well, but the slight problem is that animations and the scrolling performance in Safari, and especially Chrome is not quite as good (probably 85% as good) as it is on my 2013 27-inch iMac nor my 2011 13-inch Macbook Pro. While it may be due to the specs on the Hackintosh machine being slightly lower than my other machines, I wanted to find a way to improve it. In doing this, which would help improve overall animations in the system -- increasing ram or changing the video card?
PS: I'm using a Magic Mouse 2.
