No audio after wake from power nap (but audio fine after wake from full sleep)

I am wondering if anyone here has seen this issue before...I am using Lilu, AppleALC, as well as CodecCommander for proper audio after waking from sleep. Everything works perfectly, except that, if I fully wake up the system from a state of power nap (when the system partially wakes up on its own to perform backups and check for app updates, but without turning on the display or speakers), there is no audio - I have to put the system to a regular, full sleep and then wake it up to restore audio.
