Hello everyone. I recently installed macOS Sierra 10.12.3 on my Lenovo ThinkCentre M73 Tiny. It has the following specs:
- Intel Core i3-4170T @ 3.2GHz
- Intel HD Graphics 4400
- 8 gigs of DDR3 memory @ 1600MHz
- 60 gigs of Kingston SSD (SV300)
I also got the following BIOS settings: * Select Active Video (IGD) [i dont have Discrete graphics, thats it) * Pre-Allocated Memory Size: 64MB (it could go up to 1024MB) * Total Graphics Memory: Maximum * CPU Setup: Intel Virtualization Technology: Disabled * CPU Setup: Hyper Threading Technology: Enabled * CPU Setup: Core Multi-Processing: Enabled * CPU Setup: EIST Support: Enabled * CPU Setup: C State Support: C1C3C6 (whatever this means) * CSM: Disabled * Boot Mode: UEFI Only * Quick Boot: Enabled
When I install macOS, and Inject FakePCIID.kext and the FakePCIID_HD4600_HD4400.kext with Kext Wizard (but I also tried placing it in Clover's kext folder or DPCIManager) nothing happens. And by nothing, I mean that macOS runs on native resolution (1920x1080 via DisplayPort), but the graphics is buggy, flickers, basically no QE/CI.
The "About this Mac" shows that i have "Intel HD Graphics 4400 7MB".
In Clover, i also did:
- Inject Intel: True
- IntelGFX: 0x04128086
- ig-platform-id: 0x0d220003
I can provide full IOReg and outputs, here is the link: link!
I will not provide information about where I downloaded my macOS. In an other forum, i got banned just for this. I can probably say that it is not from the official App Store.
I'd love to experience macOS before I buy a real one, that is why i need some help now in order to make my HD 4400 have the best on macOS.
