What's the deal with Unibeast and Multibeast?

Hello Hackintosh Community,

So I was browsing tonymacx86 the other day, only to find that Unibeast and Multibeast have been updated for high Sierra.

Are they safe to use now?

Does Multibeast still stupidly put kexts in S/L/E and L/E? Does it use the EFI mounting and injecting method?
