Noob who doesn't know what he's doing needs help

So I really dont know a lot about Hackintoshes but I really like GarageBand as a daw and I need to use Windows for other responsibilities. I have a MacBook Air 2015 I am selling to someone for $800 and I was wondering if someone here would be able to make a parts list for a desktop computer that would be good to run both OS. The price range is $800 and don't worry about the money for the OS.
