hi, I'm planning on cheapest Hackintosh I can make, so this is what I have in mind but can't really read something useful about it.
Does it work with old Intel Xeon x3430? - can find those for around $7-$8

Ofc, then some cheap LGA1156 MBO with intergrated graphics
8Gb DDR3 should be ok
that would be like < $100
