Everything is perfect expect for slow WiFi

Finally got everything working fine, except that the WiFi is very slow. On Windows, I was getting about 15-18mbps On MacOS, I am getting about 0.3-2.5mbps

I use a USB WiFi dongle. Could this be the issue? Do I need a PCI-E one instead?
