How do I transition from a G4560 to an i5-7600K?

Hello Reddit!

I'm currently running an almost fully working Hackintosh, and I'm trying to figure out how I would, software-wise, make the switch to an i5 from my Pentium. What do I need to change to make it bootable? I no longer have access to another mac, so it's not an option for me to just reinstall.

Any help is appreciated, as always. :)
