BT not working

Hello guys,

I Buy this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bluetooth-PCI-Express-BCM943602CS-Hackintosh-Computers/dp/B00MBP25UK?ref_=bl_dp_s_web_1648935031

My wifi works, my BT is on and I can see the parameters in System reports but it doesn't see any of my bluetooth devices
