MacOS Unlocker v3.0.0: File unlocker.tgz does not exist

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here but I am trying to run the installer on ESXI 6.7 but running into the following issue:

VMware Unlocker 3.0.0 =============================== Copyright: Dave Parsons 2011-18 Installing unlocker.tgz File unlocker.tgz does not exist
