AMD Hackintosh Fenvi T919 WiFi card shutdown problem

I built my first Hackintosh with the Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite motherboard and an AMD Ryzen 3900X CPU. It works beautifully, except when I install a Fenvi T919 WiFi/Bluetooth PCI card. When selecting shutdown, the machine shuts down for a second, but immediately turns on the computer and starts booting. The only way to shut down is to turn off the power supply. I’ve tried to start the machine without Bluetooth connected to the motherboard, but the problem persists. Booting into Windows and choosing to shutdown from there works. I’ve searched Google, but others with this problem gave up and installed a Fenvi 1200 WiFi card instead.

I've tried to install the card in other PCI slots, but to no avail.

Does anyone have an idea for a solution? I would rather have the faster T919 card installed than, the slower Fenvi 1200 card.
