How viable are the i9-10900k and z490 in a hackintosh build? (and when?)

I am new to hackintoshing and the environmental elements that contribute towards successful builds.

How likely is it that the 10900k, z490 mobo chipset, and other related components will be fully supported? (as much as the 9900k and z390 are today). I have briefly heard somewhere else that they might not be supported at all because apple will not incorporate these components into upcoming hardware releases (due to their 2 year intel cpu adoption cycle, as purported), and therefore hacking MacOS to work with them would be much harder if not impossible. Is this true?

Finally, if it is expected that these components can successfully and stably run MacOS, how long would it be expected to take for the hackintosh community to get them to work based on past experience?
