I am wanting to dual boot windows and mac os but I am not for sure if it will work with my system

I have a separate 500GB SSD and was wanting to use it to load Mac OS from it. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x, 32GBCL16 ram, the X570 Aorus Elite Motherboard, and a EVGA 2080 Ti. I wanted to get some advice on where to start or find out for sure if it were even possible to do what I was wanting. Thanks for your time.
