I have the strangest issue with my graphics. I cannot run anything using opengl without a flashing red and black screen.

This is what happens when I am doing any work with opengl.
I have this problem no matter the programming language used, but the fastest way to reproduce it is with Go.
Steps:
Install Homebrew
Install GoLang
Run the example here
Graphics: Gigabyte Radeon Rx Vega 56 Gaming OC 8G Graphic Card
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming
