Focusrite Control “No Hardware Connected” on Catalina

Hey everyone!I have problem with Focusrite Control and focusrite scarlett 4i4 3rd gen. Manual from Focusrite it's not help me. But, sound is ok, card use USB2.0. My DAW and system work fine with sound card (see screenshot).
Thanks in advance for any help.
