Some kind of quick switching between MacOS and Win possible?

Hi, I´ve got a fully running AMD Hackintosh with Catalina and Win 10 dualboot.

Is there a way of quickly switching between these two OSes without the need of rebooting? Some kind of KVM? I do NOT need to run them simultaneously side by side. Maybe just to be able to switch between hibernated states of the OSes. Windows can do it (resume hibernated state after running MacOS) but MacOS likely can´t.
