Laptop: CPU Hz just drops without any notice

• CPU: i5-10210u
• OpenCore 0.6.1
• Extra laptop info here

CPU frequency randomly drops to 0.8GHz with adapter plugged in. After I unplug & re-plug the AC adapter, frequency goes back to normal. What should I do?

• There were no thermal throttling when CPU frequency went down. Tested with `pmset -g thermlog` and Intel Power Gadget (Core REQ stayed at 3.x GHz)
