Kernel Panic? 10.7 Won’t Boot NUC3

I have a 3rd Gen Intel NUC DC3217IYE and am trying to install Mac OSX 10.7 to use some older software on. How ever after following the install guide for Ivy Bridge laptops because that’s the recommendation with the Intel NUC when I try to boot it start to and get stuck with what i think is a kernel panic
