How to Fix Help required for dual booting (Laptop / i7-8750H / Intel UHD 630 & Nvidia GTX 1050 / 2 hard drives)

This mini-guide provides a structural approach to troubleshoot and fix the issue.

Prerequisites

  • Confirm your hardware specifications (CPU, GPU, Motherboard).
  • Ensure you have a bootable recovery USB and backup your EFI.

Fix Steps

  1. Check if your GPU requires WhateverGreen or specific boot-args (e.g., agdpmod=pikera).
  2. Ensure Metal acceleration is fully supported for your macOS version.
  3. Update Lilu and WhateverGreen to the latest versions.

Verification

  • Reboot and verify if the functionality is restored and stable under typical usage.

Original Question:

Hello, so I've managed to successfully install Big Sur via this guide , to a partition of my second Hard Drive on my laptop which is an HDD with opencore. After that, I installed Windows 10, on my main SSD drivers on my laptop.

The thing is, now that I've installed Windows 10, I can no longer boot to MacOS, as I'm not given such option.

I want to be able to choose which OS to boot when my Laptop first boots up, can anyone help me with dual booting?
