How to Fix Opencore stucked, can't find why

I have a Helios 300 with a i7 9750H, it's my first time with the opencore but I follow the guide (https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/) the best I could.
If someone can help me solve why is the opencore getting stucked, I would be pleased...
