Dual Boot Windows won't restart properly

got dual boot working with OC, OC booter loaded to bios and windows on a seperate NTFS partition, can select mac or windows at boot and everything works fine, can restart shut down and sleep from mac properly, but when i restart from windows system hangs. does anyone have any idea what settings i may need to change so windows can reboot properly, thank! :)
