Made my config.plist and other required files but BIOS doesn't boot from USB (even though it sees it)

Hello! as stated in the title, the USB files are created but the PC won't boot from it. Whenever I select it (even tho I have boot from USBs selected first) the screen turns black and 1 sec later I see the normal windows logo and booting into windows 10.
Yes, I am sure I am selecting the correct USB to boot from.

What should I do?
