amd ryzen 9 3900xt cannot be boot anyone can help

hello guys,

I have huge problem with my efi boot i cannot proceed the installation no rolling text just error what should i do..my motherboard will be crashed... if i insert bigsur dmg file with my usb then il boot the efi the bios cannot be open turns black screen....i tried many times reset with my motherboard to access the bios..
