EFI hangs on [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START]

Hey guys,

I've been trying to configure my EFI (OC 0.6.9) but it keeps hanging on [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START]. I've tried following the guide on Dortania to fix this particular issue but couldn't quite make it work. If possible, please review my config.plist here to see if there are any obvious errors.

System hardware: Ryzen 5 2600X, RX 590, B450 mobo (I believe a 2018 BIOS)
