RX5700XT glitch/artifact then freeze?

Hi all, I built a Hackintosh a while back with OC 0.6.4 and macOS 10.15.7. However sometimes the computer would start to show this kind of artifact and eventually freeze up. Does anyone know how to solve this? Interestingly I'm able to cmd+shit+3 to take a screenshot of it.

Is this a known problem with RX5700XT? I don't have this problem under Windows or Linux.

Specs:

• Gigabyte Vision G Z490
• Intel i9-10850K
• Asus RX5700XT ROG
• Crucial 3200 64GB RAM
