[HELP] Opencore usb doesn’t show up in boot menu

I just finished the guide to the opencore hackintosh, ejected my usb drive and plugged it in. It didn’t show up in the boot menu, did I do something wrong??? Do I need to partition or write the usb drive or can I just plug the fat32 stick with the 2 folders on it in
