I'm trying to install the Monterey beta with the latest OpenCore but I'm getting stuck in the boot loop on the second part of the install. There are no errors; the installer seems to copy a bunch of stuff and then intentionally reboot, but when it comes back it just does the same process over and over without moving on to the next step.
I understand this is normally an issue when nvram isn't working, but I tested and confirmed it's working fine (manually setting a variable persisted through a reboot on my working Catalina install with the latest EFI).
Does anyone know what else could be causing the loop given that my nvram is working?
I'm not sure if this is Monterey specific since I skipped Big Sur. I saw a lot of people had trouble with boot loops when that came out, but I never updated and my existing installation is still Catalina. I might try Big Sur next to see if it's a Monterey-specific issue.
Thank you!
