I have big sur, 0.6.9 open core and everything worked fine. (I have mapped usb) I have two ssd. On the first one - hackintosh. On the second one I installed windows (I disconnected the first ssd during the installation). I don't know how this is related, but after I plugged the ssd back in, hackintosh won't boot.
