There is an app called SwitchResX I have installed that

There I apply a resolution is not supported to my monitor. Then my pc goes black a dialogue box came that says

The video mode is unsupported change the resolution to 1368x768@60

Can anyone please tell me if there is a way to recover the hackintosh without reinstalling macos..... please help me....😭😭😭
