Original Question:

Hey All,

I have installed Big Sur on Asus B360MA MB which got 3 USB 2.0 and 3 USB 3.0 ports. Till date i was using one of the 2.0 port to connect TP Link UB400 bluetooth dongle which is supported out of box but recently I connected Logitech wireless mouse with its own dongle that only operates on USB 2.0.

All other USB 2.0 ports are occupied with keyboard and Camera.

When i connected UB400 to USB 3 its not been reconised while as USB 3.0 pendrives are working correctly. Anyone knows how to fix this? As per TP link website, this can be used on 3.0 and 2.0 ports on Windows.

PS: I have done USB mapping couple of times but still issue persists!
