Hi, I have a build from 2013 that I want to update to Big Sur. There's a couple complications and I'm trying to make sure I get the steps right before I jump into this.. advice appreciated!

When I made it, I assigned it a iMac (27-inch, late 2013) which now won't install big sur. Also, I can't remember when I installed clover or what version that is. I do have clover configurator but I'm not sure if I'm using it right or if I'm using the wrong application or something.
