Rx580, amd ryzen 3700x, which guide can i use to install hackintosh?

Well, basically title.. I want to install mac os in those hardware specs but u don't know which guide to follow, i tried to follow the official guide from tonymacx86 but it only shows how to make a usb using macos instead of windows.. Any help?
