Backstory: Recently, I had built a new PC from scratch specifically for windows gaming, however last week I sold my high end components (cpu/gpu) for financial reasons. Instead of letting my new tower stay empty, I had a spare PC that I parted out and transferred into my main rig. Since I had a fresh start and I'm a fan of Apple, I decided to look into how to build one. The process definitely requires intermediate knowledge if you're unfamiliar with components and file editing. However, it's worth it once it's all said and done! The biggest win for me is that I've never gotten to own a high-end apple pc, all my apple rigs growing up were 5 years behind minimum. I even still own a 2014 macbook air (which helped make this hackintosh) and so I'm used to slow / limited experiences when it comes to creating content, music or video editing.
